Return Policy
Our top priority is to satisfy our customers by exchange, refund, or repair,
as outlined in this policy.
Most items can be returned within 30 days of when you receive them. Items purchased online are to be returned by insured USPS, UPS or FedEx at the expense of the buyer.
Items must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging, so we recommend that you keep your packaging for at least the first 30 days after purchase.
All musical instruments may be returned for exchange within 45 days with a valid receipt. If you choose to exchange the item, you may exchange it for any item in our catalog found on MartinFreres.net that is of equal or higher value.
Disposable items such as reeds, swabs, etc., cannot be returned.
As an added convenience for customers, the Martin Freres Company adjusts the return acceptance during the holiday season to 45 days (purchases made between 11/26 and 12/20).
